Online Ordering Policy

Pickup & Delivery Times

Orders placed through Chevere Cafe’s online ordering system are prepared fresh upon receipt. Estimated pickup times will be provided at checkout and are typically 15–30 minutes depending on order size and current kitchen volume. Delivery orders are fulfilled through DoorDash and may require additional time based on distance and driver availability. Please note that quoted times are estimates and may vary during peak hours, holidays, or periods of high demand. We ask that customers arrive for pickup within 10 minutes of their quoted time to ensure the best quality. Orders not picked up within 30 minutes of the ready time may be subject to disposal, and refunds will not be issued for unclaimed orders. For delivery-related issues such as late arrivals or missing items in transit, please contact DoorDash support directly through the DoorDash app or at www.doordash.com/help.

Payment Methods

Chevere Cafe accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) as well as digital wallets including Apple Pay and Google Pay for online orders. Payment is collected in full at the time the order is placed. We do not accept cash payments for online orders. All transactions are processed securely, and your payment information is never stored on our systems.

Refunds & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation is requested within 5 minutes of placing the order and before the order has been accepted by the kitchen. Once an order has been confirmed and preparation has begun, cancellations will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued. If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact Chevere Cafe immediately upon receipt. We will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement item, store credit, or a partial refund at our discretion. Refunds for eligible orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days depending on your financial institution. We are unable to issue refunds for customer errors made during the ordering process, such as incorrect customizations or missed special instructions. Refund or compensation requests related to DoorDash delivery issues must be directed to DoorDash support.
